Ok so i deposited on Pkr using the link .... made 1504 points and claimed my gift of 5,000 mobpoints ... and got a email from bankrollmob asking me to play some more and get more points .... by the time i got this email my points were up to 1539 ... and in the claim part of my mob page it said claim rejected. I have emailed bankrollmob with a screen capture of my account with the total points on pkr 1500 plus my 1539 total 3039 .... Just wondering Tony if you could make sure this is sorted out quickly as i dont know what else i can do as i have passed the 1500 points required. Thank you .

Hi I have same problem,today I was so happy and then I recive e-mail from BRM that my gift offer was rejected but I have 3260 points,what is happened with BRM,who works with gifts,also says that i must play a little more and that is 2nd time ,I have problems with another gift before,really nice of you for Christmast,I send my PKR account page to [email protected],please see if you can do something today not to wait another 10 days,thank you for make me happy for Christmast

I don't recall the terms of PKR offer off the top of my head, but just to douoble check. Schwabo, you earned all the points need right? And you aren't including any points you've won or got aws a promotion? If so that may be the cause of your problem.

No,I do everything what was requested for that gift,Iam not stupid,when you deposit(min 10$) I deposit 25$ you get 1500 points and then you must earn another 1500 points for gift and I do that and I have 3260 points,I play only cash games 0.2/0.4$ and all points was earned by playing

Glad to hear you understood the terms and followed them, didn't mean to imply you were stupid just so many here don't bother to read and then complain bitterly on the forum. As for time frame, I can't say, but don't forget it's the admins Christmas too.
