Hi,bankrollmob is again ,today I recive e-mail that my PKR gift offer was rejected because I must play a little more,for that gift you must collect 3000 points to recive gift,I make 3260 points and claim my gift and today I should get 5000 points for my gift and they send me message like that,really I don't know who work with that gifts because it's not 1st time ,I have same problem with another gift offer also I had enought points and I must send them proof and wait 2 weeks and BRM says 2-4 days ,yes 4 days but then you recive message that you must play a little more,today I was so happy and BRM make me angry and I can't belive that same problem happens to me again Tony please see if you can do something that I recive my gift today if is possible not to wait 10 days,I send e-mail to [email protected] with my account page of PKR and if you blind you see that's everything ok,I deposit 25$ and have 3260 points,thank you.

There are delays from receiving the stats of your play from poker sites. It has happened to me before. No need to get angry or post such threads. Cause at the end the thumbs down goes for you. Patience is the word you are looking for

schwabo i am really surprised that you would post like this. As Mober said there are delays from the sites. I also agree with her about patience and the thumbs down part. There are over 370,000 members here at BRM and I sure that many have requests in as well. Not to mention that this is the holiday season.
Relax a little and I am sure you will get your bonus.

But ,they offer that,why you offer something you can't workout and I do that request 20/12/2011 it's not hollidays yet and only they must do is see if you have over 3000 points,you must be very cleaver guy for that ,and today I was happy and after mail which is wrong I am not happy like I was,and to tell you it's not the 1st time,I have same problem with one gift before,same thing,play a little more and then was not any hollidays,because don't say that hollidays are reason for that

I understand where his frustration comes from. I don't think it's just the delay. I think it's the fact that he's already waited 12 days and now has an email saying he hasn't met the terms of the promotion and will likely have to wait even longer to get it sorted as it is now the holidays. I get that right schwabo?

Thank you for understanding Arithmajik,like I said for every gift you must send your account page to 3 addresses and make war for something simple like that and I see in another thread one more Mobster recive same mail today and he also have over 3000 points,it's look to me that nobody check that because everybody go home and rejected everybody who claim for gift because they know you will send your request again with your account page,that was very unprofessional and like we don't have time now see you for 10 days,bye,bye

Sorry man, I know how you feel, we've all had to wait for a gift offer or no deposit bonus to be approved at some point. It's the nature of the beast. I know it's probably extra harsh as I'm assuming you have already made plans for money, eh? All we can do is wait.
Sometimes hands get missed, sometimes hands get discounted, sometimes the fine print details qualifying hands. There is a difference between hands dealt and hands played. A rather gray area is blinds, if u fold to a raise while in the blinds (preflop), do they count as played hands or not. Maybe one of these are the problem in regards to recieving your gift?

Psycokiller what are you talking about in account page you have info how manny points you earned and when you earn enought points you claim gift,all the time you can check how manny points you have

I don't know but i think On every site you get 100% bonus now for hollidays Tony please see what is with my PKR giftit was rejected and I have over 3500 points,when I claimed i have 3260 points,pls see when will be fixed my request,thank you.

Don't jump on Mober as I gave you a thumbs down. At 62 years of age I would think that you have a little patience. I understand you want your gift but you have to understand that sites take time and so does BRM to verify. And as you said before your don't want to hear about the holidays but it is what it is.
I am sure you will get your gift but calling BRM etc unprofessional and basically having a fit and demanding IMO won't get you any further.

Please dlkiv say what you would do that you collect enought points and do request 4 days before hollidays and then recive mail that you must play "a little more"and because of that mistake you must wait who knows how long -now it is holliday time,but that is not 1st time last time was same scenario and i wait 42 days for gift and send don't know how manny e-mails and no answers ,would you post that something is not wright or will you clap with your hands and make post to say that BRM is great and to do like that in the future,tell me please,I can't tell to someone who don't work his job like they should that is everythink ok and kiss some things to people who do that and if someone says what is not wright give him thumbs down because you are great person,yes iam too great person but can't kiss a...s to someone who make mistake only can tell them that they are not professional and you take their side only to make picture of yourself that you are also great,you can wait ,you understand,you are the best.But I tell you again it's 2nd time and 1st time I wait 42 days for something they say is over for 4 days and on top of that they don't answer to mails to say when,why,sorry or anything.Give me another thumbs down maybe you get something for that.

If you are saying I kiss ass than you truly do have issues. And you are acting like a delinquent. I was nice to you by responding to have patience and now you are testing mine. Grow up. I am done with this and I hope you get your gift but somehow I doubt it will be in the time frame you want.

You could ask me if i gave you the thumbs down. But you seem to know everything. Obviously its either you that gave us both the thumbs down (me and dkiv) or someone else that his/her gift got delayed too. But because i wasnt 100% sure about that i didnt respond by giving you one too, which i should have done for your first post for the kind of language you used calling them blind etc. But you like to act in other ways. And someone would be expect at your age to be more wise (not smarter). Also you have started to spam the forum with this story of yours and it gets really annoying. Have in mind that members getting banned for such behaviour.
A little piece of advice. Try to act more like you are 62 years old.
