I play on PKR 3 days to collect points needed for gift which was offered by BRM,I do that to can request before hollidays,I request 20/12/2011 and I wait friday to get gift but 24/12/2011 I recive mail where they said to play a "little more" for my gift but I collect 3260 points abd for gift is needed 3000 points,then I send mails to [email protected] and to support with my account page on PKR to proof them that I have enought points for gift.Now is pass anothert 4 days and nothing happened,I didn't get my gift(they say max 4 days) but I didn't recive not 1 mail from them to say what is happened,when will I recive my gift,only to say to me that they recive what I send - nothing ,BIG nothing  ,because of that I didn't start 2nd gift offer,don't know what is happens,same like I wrote that on the wall,it will be better someone will write anything on that wall,people who work with gifts and support of BRM is very unprofessional,members answer to your questions but BRM support no.And before I said that I already have problems with gift,now I remember they rejected like now for PKR and to see my gift (for Nuts poker it was) I send mails and wait 42 days and finally I get that gift but after 42 days,then I said never ever and now I am in same situation,I hope in january it will be over

and you who give me thumbs down will see your post when you make everything for gift and then you must wait 6 weeks for it ,then you will kiss legs around you like you do now or you will think and say something objectiv
