You probably already received the ticket. Once you claimed it on December 10th, we instantly forward it to our contact person at Party Poker, so check your account some how to see if it's there. If it's not, then we have to ask them to look into it.

Hi. I claimed my ticket on December 1st but I still got nothing on my party account. Maybe I don't see it, but I don't think so. When I try to register to next 200k tournament on Sunday December 8th, it says me just, that I don't have anough money to take part in it. Can you do something with this please?

Unfortunatelly my trasaction history since December 1st to January 3rd is empty... I think, that I didn't received this ticket. Can you make something with that?

No that won't help, they don't know anything about our Christmas Calendar. We'll have to send an e-mail to our contact person and have them issue the ticket or look into it, if they already did issue it once. It'll probably take at least a few days.
