Its been quite a while since i took down a first place... quite the dry spell of a mix of bad beat and ofcourse bad play. but even though the 5 dollar PLO freeroll is no big feat i still feel acomplished in taking home the big 2.50
I took a couple days of playing them to get back used to play PLO and i definately came into my swing today bubbled one and right after took home first. go me lmfao a bank rolls a bankroll even if its only 2.50 hahahaha
------------ took my big bank roll and left myself with 30 cents after buying in to a 10 seat 2.20 nlhe tourny. also took first so im feeling pretty good even though these are minuscule wins. A WIN IS A WIN and you have to be happy for what you get

I'd now suggest to make some good bankroll management, and who knows, maybe you'll rise a good bankroll. Try to buy in to 0.5$ (or even less if possible) sng's if u can

Congrats, well done! It´s a hard piece of work to succeed in omaha. Keep it going that way!
That remains me at the old Fulltilt days again, when I won my first online dollar in a Freeroll I sat down at a razz cash table with my winnings and felt like Phil Ivey, hehe. Of course I got eaten in a few minutes, but at least it helped me with the decision to learn more about razz.
Try to grow up the money and good luck to you for the future!

Posted by Macubaas: PLO freeroll sounds good to me, the only question is on which poker platform did you payed this freeroll??
It was a single one or others are announced too?
its at hero poker they do all day every day but only 3 max going on at once. its a decent way to one work on your plo cause its relitively good solid play during the tourny much different from all in or fold action elsewhere. and two 2.50 is more then enough to work with if your good enough. i unfortunately blew my bank roll on that site but shortly after won 2.30 on stars so i have somewhere to play.
------------ just a side note peeps... if you think just cause you won a 24 person plo tourny your tough s**t at plo take a second look at that and dont invest 5 dollars into plo cash game

those plo games really improve ones overall poker game i fine. if you can sit thru those for 2.50 ull appreciate anything.
Well done pokershark. those games typically actually ALWays have 6-10 grinders who play nothing but those games i think. The 99$ mtt country restricted and other freerolls are also good for some startup coin.

The 99$ mtt starting in a hour is easy money considering the small field size. I am usually never up this late but its a great game to play if you cant sleep.

long winded prevaricators are a dime a dozen lol. Im sure it will be fine. I write more then i should and less then i could about some things. Grammar is my nemesis!!!
Either way the blog isnt just for others. its like a declaration. a declaration i want to improve my game and show the steps and thoughts i had taken or thought during. Everytime i play and there is a observer now i think... hmmm maybe its a mobber im friends w/. Heck you know the feeling when i sat with you last night. You dont want to go out in front of others and if you are playing just for fun you wont play as well as if you dont want to look like an idiot.
Oh and i was wrong about the 40k. woulda took about 60 to safely sit.
Sincerely i hope you do make a blog and put your best foot forward. it was alot of fun yanking the locals chains with a fellow mobber on the felt
read madrofs blog if you want to be intimidated.
------------ oh i would have answered ur questions about my success and roll in game but i play with a few of those guys regularily and them having access to my blog can only hurt me. at least thats my thinking lol.
plus i dont want all the reggies in the plo games to know im telling all the mobers about their little piece of grind heaven
