Gentlemen, Is there a site where an individual can lodge a complaint against a licensed Poker Site, for a possible non payment of earned funds after all requirements are made. i.e. A Malta license
Trying to work this out myself but curious if there is such a place to lodge a complaint. Thank you

I am not to sure you can but as far as I know there is a Gaming Commission that gives out the licenses for Pokersites. Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) maybe research somewhere in this area. Good luck Mate

Filing a complaint with the AGCC will only work if the AGCC is the license issuer. Best bet is find out who holds their gaming license, and file a complaint there. You can as well file a complaint with the PPA (poker players alliance).
It also doesn't hurt to post your story to as many poker forums as you can find. I think nothing speaks louder than consumer displeasure, so if you get your story out there, the players as a mass can boycott the site. I think that'd send a pretty loud message.

Posted by Macubaas: If we are talking about full tilt poker people already tried this with no solution so far unfortunately...
IF you are talking indeed about ftp wait for them to reopen...
Well actually apparently there are a number of class action lawsuits that players can become a part of, and also the AGCC recently made a press statement, urging players to contact their local police department, if they feel they were "robbed" by Full Tilt. There's also the option of contacting the PPA.
I don't condone any of that however, because given enough time the issue will resolve itself.

I had the same problem on a poker site in Merge network. 2.000$ dissapeared from my account without a trace and are missing till this day. No history record or withdrawals, no trace of the money, 0 balance. Even now, after more than 2 years i still have printscreens of the wins, tournament numbers, hand history, etc, waiting for someone to be able to help me. Complaints will get you nowhere. I sent hundreds of emails and had no response whatsoever. All you can do is drop the site and move elsewhere.

Holy Jumpin' Calli, that's riduclous 2K just gone? What site was it on merge? I have a fair some on that network as we speak.
I've neve heard of the Poker Players Alliance so thanks for that seems like a good group to know. Also, interesting about the Full Tilt thing. Makes sense to want to sue them, if they end up never reopening they'll be nothing left to claim.

Seriously I doubt that players with small bankrolls will ever bother going after them legally. Not worth the fuss (money or time). If something can be done is mostly from the big Pro players who can afford this. Lets hope though that it wont be necessary they will reopen and everyone will get their money

Endorses that to Government, let’s see what they say! The only way you have is to try to solve things calmly with the site itself. Have you already contacted them because of your withdrawal attempt? What did they told you? Have you saved those answers in your PC? Are you sure you filled all the requirements to withdraw? And they still don’t let you? You can ask BRM’s help to see if they can talk with someone from the site, but you need to gather all your info about the talk you had. But remember, only do this last part if you have 100% sure you meet all the requirements to withdraw and that is some other factor that is not allowing you to withdraw.
