'Early this morning, Viktor “Isildur1” Blom took down the first major live tournament of his career.
Blom outlasted 30 of the best and most experienced live players in the world to take home $1,254,400 and the prestigious $100K title.
The final table featured players like Daniel Negreanu, Jonathan Duhamel and 2011 PCA Main Event Champion Galen Hall, and in the Heads-Up play Blom outlasted Dan Shak.

With such a first prize win i could take a long break of all those games, poker, lotto, bets etc and relax somewhere quiet with family. Thats more than enough for me and many others i believe, to retire

I'm surprised he managed to take it all the way, especially with all those big names out there. Altough i very much dislike his online playing, congrats for the live win

Did I miss the video attachment or is this me and my messed up computer. Sure would have liked to seen the interview. Anyway it's good to see that Viktor got his first major live tournement. Maybe that'll hush some of his critics.
