First day on pokerstars  0
So today i made my first deposit on pokerstars and at first i thought it was a decent enough site with nice games and not so many fish or donks... WOW how wrong was i?. I swear i have some serious bad beats... for instance the last hand i get J Spade A Spade in the big blind and raise to 70 cents (were on 5/10 cent table) and the idiot with the big stack calls as he does everything... flop comes J Club 8 Diamond 4 Diamond and the idiot bets £1.60 into a $2 pot i know he has flush draw so i re raise all in $7.60 and the idiot calls and shows K Diamond 2 Diamond the turn comes blank and the river is a king giving him the pot. I mean jesus what do you need to do to get someone of a draw? AGHHHHHHHH pokerstars Aww crap! Aww crap!

I know how that feels... Deposited a bit myself last week and lost it all harshly to fishdonks. I've decided not to invest anymore there because of this, and the graphics aren't very good either.

Hopefully you will get that cash back and go up up and beyond!

thats not a bad beat and to be honest goin all in with a pair of jacks knowing ur opposition had a flush draw was bad play on your part anyway

you do realise he was 45 % to win on the flop rite? with the money allready in the pot it would have been the wrong move for him to fold,

best way to get ppl to lay down draws is push the turn, with one card to come they are usually in bad shape

hahah that happens everywhere though not only on poker stars lol theres people out there who are just stupid.. read my post about the guy who beat me twice by gettin 4 running cards to match his 1 for a flush.. it sucks

Ya, not really a bad beat. He had an over card and flush draw, pretty close to a 50-50%. You win some and you lose some.

Lol the nicest badbeats you will find on fulltilt or pitbullpoker, and you are opening a thread cause you lost one hand that wasnt a real badbeat .. . king high flushdraw i would have call it too on this limit, but ok hope ure "badluckstreak"
will have an end Big Smile

i never said it was a bad beat i said there are a lot of donk fish and idiots there, i pushed on the flopto get him off his flsuh draw and that was bad play on my part? what am i supposed to do, bet the pot and let him catch his draw cheaper? If people read the thread properly the first time they would realise that its not about bad beats or anything its about idiots who wont fold ace high or any draw no matter hwat the bet is .

I made same experiences with PS recently. But you need to get through it, justa downswing.
Despites I like playing at PS, because it still got the best software and tourney offers.

7.60 is a big call but there are a lot of loose players at low limits and he probably figured if he hit a king, it'll be good so thats why he called.

This post by darkest has been removed, probably due to being spam or because it was irrelevant to this topic.
