@pacopeca We'll be allowing Spanish players access to High Pulse Poker again. Unfortunately we don't have an estimate on when this will be deployed. I'll will be posting as soon as I know.
@LestatG I do apologise for the system issues you've been experiencing. Our development team has worked hard in stabilizing and fixing issues reported by players. We have seen less issues with the software over this past month and we have also seen a decrease in emails regarding client problems. We appreciate all the feedback you guys send in and we do forward them to our development team. Let us know if you experience further issues.
@apolo888 I would appreciate if could provide me with your nickname as well as information regarding your missing funds like tournament ID, date and time and I'll look into this matter.

Unfortunately Denmark doesn't have access to HPP due to the new gaming regulations that was enforced on 1st Jan 2012.
We don't have an ETA on when we'll acquire the necessary license. At this moment all Danish players are blocked. I apologise for the inconvenience and wish you a good day.

i;ve been waiting over 3 weeks now for an answer to my e'mail,getting relly fed up with this now ,i think its terrible support,probably not bother going back to this room now !!!

Hi every one. all my e-mails always got answered and I was always refunded when a problem occured and I contacted support with the tournament nr. I recently had a with draw problem where I waited 3 or 4 days, no approval or deniy. CONTACTED THEM: tHEY SAID THEY NEED A COPY OF MY id: i SENT IT AND COULD THEN WITHRAW. So think of sending a copy of your ID if it doesnt work.

I'm apologise if we haven't given you an answer. I've checked our email queue and we haven't received anything from your HPP email. Could you send me a private message with the email you used and I'll check where it went.

hello sasa, i know you are doing your best but some damage from the past can't be fixed.I liked HP in the beginning but not anymore. below a copy/paste from my last email sent today.pls get this i order,take care of the rake and the funds from the leaderboard ty, Darth bane
after the time i've played with you i have decided to quit playing at High pulse,i decided this a while ago because of the poor assistance,unanswered mails,the games(200 gtd for 11 euro?),the lying and all the problems i had from the start.
please close down my account,all rake and remaining funds on my account may be given to charity or you can keep it
ps:i have 11 euro coming to the account from the leaderboard....keep it

I'm sorry to hear that. We do try to answers all emails within reasonable time frame. Unfortunately we did have some difficulties with that during a period due to server issues. This has been stabilized now. I have disabled your account as requested and sent you a confirmation email. If you ever feel like coming back, let us know.

Sorry you feel that strong, Darth, your a very good poker player and even tho you've had some bad experiences with HP, and so have I, life is about forgiving, If you got a Divorce everytime you had a fight with your wife, boy would that a problem. Good Luck Darth, I mean that !!

just how long is shortly. i made a deposit 2 day got the message your deposit was successful and will appear in ur account shortly. an hour later and a missed evening challange (reason for deposit ) nothing in my account have had to deposit on another site. to get a game of cards wont be making that mistake again.

@slimlime I've checked our system and it appears the bank didn't accept your deposit. If funds were taken from your account anyway, please contact us on our mail support and attach a copy of your bank statement showing the transaction. Again I apologise for the late response.
