Since its iPoker network you can see your points under the My Account page. Below your money balance. You can also check the points by clicking on Cash table History and on Tournament table history. As soon as you leave the table the points go through. You can see the money you bought into the table the money you cashed and at the last column the points you earned. If you cant see them there either there is definitely something wrong

Yes, you need to deposit and submit your ID. Withdraw can't proceed without both condition. And you can withdraw thru your deposit method ( example : moneybookers ) or Bank Transfer. Maybe you have to had some points, better you read term and condition.
