Have you tried the support at Tony G Poker and asked why you can't cashout? It might be that you have to deposit before cashingout or an identification process

have you recieved the no deposit bonus from tony g ?!? because when u did that then i think u have have to achieve a number of points to make a withdrawal of your money thats the restriction of this bonus. on the other hand its always a good idea to contact the supporti think tony g even has an onlinesupport so try that out !

When you say you cannot cash out, do you mean the option of Moneybookers/NetEller (assuming that is how u cashout) is not available to you? If that is the case, they are gonna require you to make a minimum deposit with either method and then you should be able to withdraw whatever winnings u have above the initial no-deposit bonus (I don't know if this applies to Tony G poker aswell). If this is not the case, then you simply have to play out and earn the required number of points.
