i think if you opened your pokerstars account through bankrollmob then you can transfer there and it will show up on available options too. but best is transfer to moneybookers and then to your poker accounts

No you cant as you see you can withdraw only to NETELLER, MONEYBOOKERS, PARTYPOKER.. THere is no PokerStars mention there so it is not available.. And I think even better way is to make deposit if its your first deposit you will get bonus.. Even if its second or third you can find great offers with PokerStars.

As Fackinas says, no cashout to PS aviable.
In my opinion is always better cashout to MB or Net. You can use the money to first deposit (until 200% i see, site go crazy for external money) and for reload bonuses.
If the option were available (like with PartyPoker), you may not want to, because a BRM cashout cannot be used for first deposit bonusses etc... At least I think I read this somewhere, maybe someone can confirm/deny this?
I found this a strange rule, cause you can simply use netteller, and deposit from there, and still get the bonus...

I believe that if you have opened the Poker Stars account through BRM you probably can do an immediate transfer. Otherwise it wont take you much longer if you go through an online wallet first. And besides the options Fackinas mentioned i have Kickoff Poker too.

Unfortunately not but you can always cashout on your moneybookers or neteller account and from them with just one click you can deposit them on pokerstars
I would opt for moneybookers, they don't charge fees.

Yes you can withdraw over skrill and deposit the monmey at Stars. After 48 hours you can withdraw from your Stars account if you want and you get the money verry fast.
