Stop as soon as you feel you dont play your A-Game anymore,as long as you feel you still play as best as you are able to just keep playing.

i have a proven method that works great and helps me stop in time, since it is a big secret, not sure if i should post it here, but hey brm is a great community, so i think i will share this military secret: the best way to stop is when you lost your whole bankroll, always works for me. and always in time Hit PC

Lmao!!! hahaha!!
My only problem is i win on tourneys then end up losing it on the cash table, tourneys dont have that thrilling adrenalin rush that cash tables have, winning $100 in a single hand beats winning $50 for 3hrs' play
Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Dollar Agree Dollar

If thats the case and you are a tournament winning player then you should think about
having some self control and stay away from cash games.
Yes the thrill is different but in the long term you could get more money than
you are getting now which as you say is 0 Smile

I used to feel this way as well. That I was giving up by taking a break. The truth is though a break gives you time to analyze your game off of the felt away from the heat of the action. You need this time off to find the leaks in your games all of the top pro's preach taking plenty of breaks. they do say its the hardest way to make an easy living, and don't forget the game will always be there tomorrow. Cool

I should stop playing if you run bad. I had 3 4 days i run well and then one day i was only losing. Some days you have that. I advice to stop and play a week not. Try again and if you lose again wait a another week. When you are winning keep on playing.

A good way to cool down is to play some HU´s SnG. You have a good aggro factor if you loose with some suckouts. But never play if you on tilt, then take a little break.
