I sent an email to Pokerstars support about the missing Tourney when they get back to him I will update this post
------------ well they got back to me but didn't answer my query. all they said was how to find BRM games under the private tab, replied that they didn't answer my ? so we'll see what they say

well they replied, said they had to ck the BRM facebook profile and it said the same thing that's in the treads posted here. in other words, they still didn't answer me properly

I don't think their support would know anything about it. I suspect it's the people who we contact about the freeroll, who simply didn't manage to set it up in time. There's a big conference in London this weekend so I'm guessing most people were busy this past week with preparations etc., plus had to take time away for travel and so on.

Dont mean to be rude but I have friends that work in a few of the companies based over here and it takes almost no time to set a tourney up. Not complaining as you guys do a great job - but with their staffing levels they should have no problem organising a tourney especially with due notice.

No worries Admin, we'll of course wait (as we obviously have no other choice, heh). One question I had was, if we can't make it to the rescheduled date could we still get the mob points? I still intend to play but for people like Thawijn it would be nice. Thanks for the help.
Also it's kinda funny that it didn't happen on High Pulse this time.

I'm afraid it's not possible, since we already sent the list of players to PokerStars, then it wouldn't be fair to allow some people to receive MobPoints - and still be on the list, even though they "promise not to play" etc.

That's fair, it makes sense. Otherwise I'm sure everone would be signing up for double rewards, heh heh. Me too, it'd be a good deal. I better free up my schedule, this time it's for real. Here we go, oh yeah.
