As some of you might have read earlier I whine a bit every not and then over the fact that I have never won anything in a lottery, for 43 years now.
The last year I opened almost every door in the christmascalendar, and got nothing. The year before: nothing. And so on for whole my life.
But this saturday I think I got a message, in the calendar, saying I had won 100 shots at the safe.
I write "think", because I was really drunk on some vodka I bought in Riga during the holidays, and I was trying to find out which brand was the best. They all seemed good...
Now, when I check my account I only have one shot att the safe.
So, the question is: Did I just imagine that the 40-year old curse was lifted? (If so, it's still nice to have for a short while felt like a winner. The price is secondary...)

Who has given you access to my private photos!?!? That was not ment to be published! It was after I had delivered a sh*tload of presents for other people, and I was tired after work!!
I am dissapointed that this picture has leaked! Alll I wanted to do was to spread some joy in this cold world...

I think you could count that at least as a small break from your curse It is a random win so it kinda counts. But i hope you totally breaking it by winning your countrys lotto not BRM's safe

man i would say the curse is beginning to lift, probably vodka is the key to lift is totally (in the draw you probably wasn't drunk/ or was not drunk enough) - so my advice would be to continue exploring baltic countries and their different vodka's until you have cracked it

Very funny Mobsters! If the curse isn't lifted Pjot by the time you read all these replies your spirits should definitely have been lifted. Plus, I think you have a lot of friends here in the BRM forum so Good Luck with breaking the curse!

Pjot, my man, take it easy, hey.. For the sake of the sorrow to go away I tell thy this: Me too, I've won nothing coming from lottery, Xmas calendar or safe in 2 years time i'm into BRM... We're delving into dark pathways my friend.... BUT!.. I've won twice around 1000 mob points from Mob Betting! This calls for some Riga vodkas for sure.
Bottom line: Take thy fate in thy hands my fate-struck friend with mob-"coming soon to a theater near you"-betting, and leave luck to thy weaker allies who have nowhere to turn to...

Yes, I figured, at first, that it was a break. But since I was not aware that I was in the draw, which I by the way lost, it kinda feels as I did not win after all.
Now, if I had realized what the message actually was, that I had won tickets for the draw and not for the safe, then I could have sweated it out on sunday, thinking I had a chance. Now it feels as if I kind of got a lotteryticket that was already a loser, by the time it was given to me. Kind of...
So I'm unsure of how to count this. The curse works in mysterious ways...
