They can be really helpful but have you ever had somebody from live support on a pokersite start asking you about depositing when youre jus using youre availiable funds. its jus happened 2 me then an has happened at least twice before, awkward, especially when youre usin a no deposit bonus

now i never chat with live support on a poker site, most of the times they dont know anything and just give wrong info and ask for deposits. emailing their support is much better

Unfortunately that tends to be true, but often there is a big delay between when you send out the email and when you get an answer. And then if the answer is unsatisfactory you need to send another email which then has another delay. Live support seems to be subcontracted to low income countries and the employees seem to have only very basic information available, and for sure are pushing you to deposit - I bet THEIR bonuses are based on how much they get you to deposit!

That happens to me almost every time i log on to winnerpoker. They ask me if i like to make a deposit or if i had money from freerolls there they asked me to play some raked hands to get free tickets etc. They even called me twice a month asking for deposit and then it gets to personal imo, i just blocked the number on my phone, lol
Happened for me on many ipoker skins, and like you said it can be abit akward when you tell them for the 3rd time you like to try the freerolls first

yeah it happened 2 me on winner also, and they rang me also, titan poker it happened 2day, both ipoker. Its also happened 2 me on sky poker, and bodog and bodog rang me also.
It happened to me on on a couple of sites, those I remember for sure: Crazy poker and Mansion Poker. But both online supports also helped me when I needed it, so I don't mind if they try to get me to deposit. In the end, I'm the one who decides what I do
SuperNoob is right though, especially when your "problem" is complicated, you better use e-mail support.

PKR live support is really good - they're always really helpful and they've always assisted me with favours (like exchanging tickets, extending expiry dates, etc).

Hi guys!!
I had the same kind of talk with support in every ipoker site the first day i sign-in. While i was looking the soft (i don know why, is always the same with different colours)... the live support atack me!!!!
I agree with the opinion that email support is soooo much better than live.!

not sure i understood you correctly, but i think i had a similar situation with titan poker- when i tried to register with them for a no deposit bonus, with no questions from me, a live support operator popped up from somewhere and started asking about what deposit i am gonna make, what sort of great promos they have etc.- i wrote them back that i have no money in my account, but i you want to f_kc this evening (operator was a nice looking girl) i will deposit my c_ck to your mouth with no further encouragement...sadly to say she didn't reply

This happens all the time on iPoker (or anywhere really with live support) is you haven't deposited. Usually I politely listen and then request even more extras. I usually sign in first without depositing just to wait for the barganing opportunnity, it's fun.
