Your posts indeed need to respect some conditions as shown in the link above, plus i think you also need to have a verified account in order to recieve mob points...

My account is verified.. I got my points.. I dont know what hapened, but i dont get points when i write something.. i got them 10 minutes later.. at the end, i understand everything about spams and realizes that my short forum posts dont count (just watched earned points list).. thank you guys for trying to help..

It does not need that. If you can write in the forum, then you can earn points.
