Do not play on any of these sites unless you want a support who has no clue what they are talking about. When i first signed up at this site it seemed good and ths support worked fine. They are running this deal, deposit $400 and get a free $100 upfront bonus. Before you can withdraw your bonus you have to wager $100 x 20. Basicly all in 20 times on cash game. Anyway, after about 24 hours after i got my bonus and started to play. So, i ask the support after getting my bonus, how do i wager mooney and how much do i still need to wager? 1st person told me. Any placed bet ( Cashgame, Buyin + fee ) counts towards your waggering and i still need to wager $1100 after 1 day. Ok cool 2nd person tell me that i have only wagered for $500 on day 2. Which is less than day 1. He/she also tell's me that wagering only count in casgame. 3rd person on the support tell's me that they cant exactly see how much ive wagered and need to come back to me. He/she also tell's me that only Cashgame + tournment fee's counts. It is pretty obvíous that the support has no clue what they do. And i have lost my $200 while they couldnt agree on which rules to follow. After losing all my money and 1 week after i get an e-mail saying that all the info i got is correct. Now i ask myself. Do they think im REALLY stupid or what? They just gave me 3 answers and now they claim they gave me all right info? How can i have $600 left to wager and $1100`at the same time? Dont get me wrong.. But as they said all the info they gave me was correct. Also, 3 diffrent wagering requirement, hmm i guess it depends who you ask. But its defenitely not correct info. Maybe ONE of them is correct. My advice is to stay away from theese sites which has the same support.

Add T6 poker to that list ! They have the worst online support ever ! I also had a problem, and contacted them 4 times.... and got 4 different solutions... turned out 1 of them was right

I think that you save your emails you got from their support and report it to Kahnawawke gaming comission, but please first read some info what are they overseeing. As i remember support is on that list, there is a .pdf file and it is in begining of the file, almost header. This behavior of support is prohibited by Kahnawake and poker room could at least pay some fine and be on close watch after that for a year or two. Look at Absolute poker verdict and youll see that Absolute poker did felt it, at least a little.

That sucks, I would send them a lot of angry emails.
I was surprised by some of the things VC Poker support told me. So I took a screen shot of the chat window and if later, I cannot withdrawal than I'll show them the screenshot.

I talked to Pacific Support yesterday concerning Player to Player money transfers.... some failure answered my request and took 5 minutes between answers. And each time I would ask something, he would wait 5 minutes and say "one moment please..." then I'd have to wait another 5 years.
Then he told me to email [email protected] and spelled the email incorrectly (I saw this) and never corrected himself lol...

That happened to me once with VC Poker. Usually they're pretty fast to reply but she said one monent please, took like 5-10min, than I asked and she didn't know the answer so she said hold on..waited 5-10 more minutes. Than she put me on chat with another person and I had to explain again but their support is usually good.
