i won a $109 ticket last week for $1.10+$1 add-on,total $2.10 and i said i wanted to keep it for one of the poker maximus tourneys, well i just won another 1 last night, whoop whoop, for the same price. only this time i don't know whether to keep this as well or to play in tonights $125,000 guarenteed. i'm leaning more towards playing tonight to get some experience of playing with "the big boys" ,lol and i'd love to emulate micromachina and get in the money, any suggestions everyone?

Think its better for you to play regular tourney. Smaller field- better chance for winning nice money. Also you might contact them and ask them polite to exchage you one ticket for money. They might do that. Just tell them that you plan to play with that money anyway. It might work...

Have to go with your gut feeling. Feel like playing tonight?..play it.
Like you said, you have 2 now (I guess this is Pokerstars), so why not give it a shot if you feel up to it. I´m usually too scared and wait aaaaages to do it, just feeling stupid afterwards.
If you´re worried, follow jovicakralj advice. If you feel like playing, play it.

If you have two? personally i wanted to play in this game too but fate had other plans. .
I think because its the first game since the gte got upped there may be extra value to gain. If you decide on playing choose your battles carefully. There are still many poor players in there to gain chips from but also many players not afraid to float a bet and steal from you on flop with a check raise.
You have so much time with the levels to find hands so i recommend waiting for premiums. My own approach was wait for good hands and play them hard and hope my luck holds. Once the blinds get up there will be many spots to steal because it is a tight game i found.
I hope you run like God and Ship it man!!! The experience has helped me loads and i feel my game is stronger as a result. Cards have been running bad for me but even still im lasting longer and making better steals.

sorry i'm gone,i was getting a bit frustrated with the crap cards i was getting/or it was just my crap play,i reached 587 out of 1464 which i think is not too bad for my first go, i shipped them with 9,10 clubs got called with a k off and i couldn;t hit maybe a bad play i don't know but at least i tried. man that was tough, good experience though next time i think i will try and not be so tight play some more hands as i was playing ever so tight and i was nervous i couldn't believe that but i was.
