So ive noticed we have a points converter of sorts on hero. Clicking on the points bar brings up a screen that shows points and % to next level and such. It also sports a points redeemer. Originally it said
500 points 5$ 0/3. [redeem]
My pal called me up and asked me about it. He's like hey do you save your redeems or have u used them all? I told him i just collect points and havent bothered using them before so i couldnt say. I brought up my screen only to find it displayed this.
626 points 12$ 0/3 [redeem]
Okay i just went and read it now. It says i should only be getting 1$/100 points until level 100 (which i am not, 71) at which point it is 2$/100 points. So it must be out-dated. Things change there daily so no surprise if thats the case. It also says u get 3 redeems/month at any level. It does say the rate changes as you advance but doesnt detail more then ive already stated. It does show an example where 1200 points are exchanged for 12$.
Another thing it also states on the site is you can in fact exchange tourny ticket's for money less rake. Stipulations are they must be gained thru vip rewards, not satellites. You need to have a few of them.
Anyways i just thought id drop a line about it. Anyone know how the conversion breaks down? Id snap off a email to support as the FAQ's dont mention it but ive given those dandies enough hassle for now.

yeah the software does seem lagy at times where stars never was for me. Mostly registering/deregistering (their word not mine)
Traffic is anemic save the 11k regulars.
If someone asked me id recommend stars over hero for support and players. Once i get my money from hero (slow pokes) i will be moving to stars i think. Which is why im trying to figure out how best to use my points from hero.

But tournies only give 1$/100. where as im eligible for 12$/626 points. I could exchange the 626x3 to 36$ each month until im pointless but i was hoping someone could let me know if the exchange gets even better any time soon.

there has just been a notice right this minute from hero stating there has been a glitch in the system and any transactions done over the past 24hours will be corrected

makes sense. i was pretty sure my 626 for 12$ seemed a bit too good to be true.
------------ now im confused.
says 3$/300 0/3 6$/546 0/3 12$/636 0/3
at level 92 are the rates like this or is my stuff screwy?
