hi all. ive found myself waiting for 6 weeks for the $50 pacific bankroll in my account it says delayed.. ive since noticed the bankroll is now being promoted again. after contacting brm ive been told that i will not get a bankroll as it is for new players only!!!??? what a joke!! is anyone else in the same boat as in my opinion i am no different to each of you and i should have been one of the first to receive the new bankroll. be aware if your waiting for pacific bonus !!
Yeh i just got my pacific poker account approved then when i logged in it said my account has been blocked. i got an email saying my ID verification was not acceptable which is the one i used to register here at bankrollmob. so i cant get my free money and cant play on pacific poker anymore |????

Calm down guys, don't eat the meat before it's actually dead!!
The thing with pacific poker is, the ones of you currently in "delayed" did not accept the new rules (which is done upon bonus request), to let pacific poker have access to your ID. So we will do something about that within a few days, probably send a mail and then remove the bonus request so delayed can request again.
And for those of you who requested it recently with ID but got an "id not acceptable" from pacific poker, then it's because the ID you uploaded to bankrollmob is either:
* Too blurry (low quality) * ID edited some how, face / date of birth / name etc removed from the ID
due to pacific poker rules, they will only accept ID that is acceptable and clearly shows who you are. So that's also a thing we are trying to work out.

What exactly does BRM need on the ID? What I meant was, what information on the ID can you blur out cause I would like to give less information as possible but I already sent my ID in.

Gene, For us, you can blur out your eyes (with a line, but not your face) and your drivers license number / social security number / passport number. Basically we need an ID that looks REAL (and is real, of course) and where it's easy to tell the name, location and age.
But for pacific poker, they might require it totally unedited, I don't know yet.
Acekaiser, In that case, I think you have to contact our support and ask for a "POI status" on your Mob account, that will allow you to upload new ID and will have to have your account approved again.

i applied for mine 10 days ago and it still says "awaiting payment" are they so slow or is it something else?! anybody got allrdy a bonus there?! i think its FAKE!

nebu, what about the €40 you got for unibet and $15 you got for pokertime - was that a fake too?
padod, what about your unibet, ultimate bet and partypokerbonus you received - also a fake?
Sometimes everything just doesn't play nice together and there are some issues that needs to be sorted out, like this time with pacific pokerbonus. So you can't do anything but to wait and hope for best - there's nothing in it for us, if you don't get the bonus - so trust me, we WANT you to have the bonus

I've waited over almost 2 months now I believe, I did get it approved but I got nothing in my cashier at Pacific.. Well I've emailed brm now and I'll se what they can do

No, didnt get mine becouse the ID was not good enough for them, (but id bet my credit card would be accepted) not bankrolls fault just 888 making things hard for the freerolers, guess they have enougth players

if you only verified your acount with a phone number your not eligable for some of the offers you need to upload photo id like passport or drivers licence to be able to obtain all the bankroll offers

ye i got email today that my account has been approved and my Poker account has been upgraded to allow for higher deposit and cash-out limits per calendar month..
