now dont get me wrong, i love BRM, and its a great site, but to me i think that the support here has beginning to get rude and slow to anwser
now,i casht out my mobpoint to my acount to fulltiltpoker and i said that it would take MAX 48 hour.. well.. im upp to 80 hour waiting now, so i talkt to support erlier today to se if something was wrong
they said that i should e-mail info support, so i did, but no anwser.. not even a notification that they got the mail
so i try to talk to support again and they just cut me off telling me to talk to someone ells
is my mobpints/money gone to another user, did they take the money for themselfs? i dont know, i get no anwsers..

Think it will come mate, but it could realy suck if it has going to another player. But ifso i will be shure that Bankrollmob can figure out to who it has been sended. but normally these actions can take up to 5 days

Its good enough that your cashout is being processed unlike ours which are on hold. Got 2 cashouts waiting for Moneybokers. I hope that BRM would clear this up for you mate.

If you emailed FTP support its normal for them not to send you notification email and to wait 2-3 days for answer. But they do answer eventually. If its BRM support, sorry dont know about that.

Your money will come. But i didn't know you can cash out your points to Full TilT Poker! But is that avaiable then i think i maby cashout my points to FTP or i am cashing out it to neteller.
I think that the comunity is growing up fastly and it's normal that the support become slower, but i'm pretty sure that the BRM guys are doing theyr best to help us in the right way, i cashed out 2 times to my FTP account in less than 12 hours, now i'm near the third cashout and i hope it will be fast as usual.
