That is already a problem between you and Party, and it has nothing to do with BRM. Have you already contacted them? If you fulfilled all the requisites to get the bonus, I am sure they would give it to you with no problem.

If you got the points right then you will need to contact Party Poker support first\ see what they have to tell you about this (also state that you got the specific promo from BRM) and if you go nowhere with this then contact BRM support by email.

In the past party poker give the players a lot of nice bonuses a no dep bonis. But no more in the last two years. And the "new" point systen are verry bad i think so i have no motivation to play there in the future. The other promos are ok there, but this is not enough.

All solved the problem wrote in supor party poker and I'm stuck on my account, thanks to this beautiful bonus they also wrote in BRM caliper so that the problem is solved =)
