I given someone money to play Poker this weekend and he want's more then I think is fair out of the winning's . I think if I put up $2,000 I should get back at lease $4,000 . They want to give me half of what they win this weekend . But it is all my money up front so I said 70%-30% . What do you think it fair if it was your money . You never know he could lost it all . Or the Poker site lock his account and I get nothing . Then I'm out $2,000. He is a friend I have know 5years maybe longer .

if $2000 meant 1% of my poker bankroll and if i knew he's poker skills, i would assume the risk of losing it all and loan, only if he plays a live table or tournament, never online. 60%-40% of his winnings is the minimum i would ask to do this.

personaly i dont give any loans out over 20 bucks but if i did for that kind of money id make sure i knew them realy well, like for a couple of years atleast. and as for the payback id say the loan + 50% of the winnings seams fair to me. so say u loan 1k and he wins 9k i want the 1k back then 50% of 8k so 5k back in total.

Tell him to sign up at bankrollMob lol. I would never play with someone else's money, would just play with my own. I have lent out money but only to good friends and they paid me back..I didn't charge interest cause hes a good friend and it wasn't much.
