Hi all,
I was looking at High Pulse recently because I have money there I need to withdraw. I figured I'd make use of the deposit bonus and play some before withdrawing. The way they calculate rake though is that the player winning the pot is the one deemed to have generated the rake (as the rake came out of that players winnings).
I was just wondering if anyone there has any comments on that. It seems reasonable just wanted to see how it affected bonus clearing time and rake back.

good for winning players but..
classical example of "i'm right and everyone else is wrong" they are the only site to follow that method
i think they hav failed to understand the meaning of rake as such
rake is not a 'forced tip' that only winner should be credited for that but its a "fee paid by all players in the pot", to the site so that they get fair platform to bet their money against other players. in most of the sites rake is separated from the pot before the winner is decided. just imagine if same thing happens in sng/tournaments lol
but rules are rules and it's their site, so u hav to accept them if u wanna play

It's funny I emailed them asking them why and they said that in this industry it's very important to stand out and that this was one of the ways that they do that.
Makes sense from that stand point, I wonder if it's helped generate any traffic for them. I do agee with you though SuperNoob.
Anyone played there long enough to have any feelings on it?
