i mailed this to there support as well and am so pissed i think and consider to quit online poker permanently,,,
Unless they come with a good reason or refund..
one time in the past: i ended 16th in a guaranteed $20k $ MTT,.
also same situation..
as soon as i hold the best possible hand this occures..

and as you acan see 3rth time...
i ended 44rth in a MTT ,guarantedd ,same situation having over 100k chips
and lost 90 K hitting a set Q's saw the turn ,,no scare cards ,, i bet 95 % of my stack
and lose connection,,,able to get back on the pokerstarsclient after 15 minuts.. holding 3k chips

Yup , didn't understand a thing when reading the beggining , then i saw you saying about getting disconnected , it happened to me , but I don't believe it's a software problem , i was in the big 11$ ,75k guaranteed , in a pretty good position , then my internet connection failed , but that's besides the point , when you were disconnected, did u have any problems with your internet ? can't acces is or something , or was it only the pokersoftware that was disconnected.
The issue is definitely with your internet connection and not with PS client. If you want to be sure, install some network monitoring software and you will be able to see if there was an internet outage. If you imply, that PS is doing it to you, then just try to figure out how they can technically implement it and for what reason. I have 3 different internet providers in my apartment just for this purpose. If connection breaks I immediately switch over to another line to minimize my losses. If you play 1$ buy-ins only, I don't think this solution will be feasible for you, though.

damn you make everything look so messy- all the hand histories, could have just said- fkin jokerstars are lame, they do not deserve to be online anymore bla bla bla...and then add the info about you having problems with internet, disconnection issues etc. and at the very end put your hand history, although no one really cares ...

95% that is pretty stupid, if wanted induce a call you'd never bet 95%. You'd bet 60-70%, I don't care whether negreanu told you it was good, it wasn't, and you'd never see or hear of a pro making that move. Plus why would you try to induce a call on queens asking for trouble that, either slowplay for pot control, or go all in.

I´m wondering, because stars have the only software, where i have never connection problems in the past. But they refund normally your buyin when you send a mail to their support. The stars support is one of the best of all rooms.

Lol thats a seriously smart strategy i lose connection from time to time in late game tourneys cause of too many people in my house using various connections perhaps I shpould get my own dedicated line in
