Yep, it seems they restart in a nearly time. But i don´t believe that we get back our money. The new owner would say: sorry guys, this is a new room now with the old software and we offer you a nice first deposit

I also have some cash at FT, but I'd donate my mere $100 just to play there again.!

I sure get your point Green everyone has an opinion in this. You like the site and want to play there again thats fine but i hope you wont donate the money to them in order to play there again They simply dont deserve that.

Here we go again.... It won't be the same people (crooks) running the site!!!
Why do so many fail to understand this extremely simple concept? The people re-opening FT are the people saving everyone's ass. They desrve HUGE credit for investing and opening the site up again and hopefully allowing everyone to recoup there stolen money.
It's so damn simple to understand. Maybe I should just close the page immediately when I see these comments, or I'll go gaga.....

So what does that mean? That after all this tory and because theyve changed management Green should donate his money to them? Not that its my business to what Green does with his money but i was joking.
But if we say that he is willing to do that then im not joking. And you know what? Cause its the same company after all. They bought the whole package which includes the problems too so i believe nothing has to be spared on them.
Here is another point of view. Since they bought the company (with everything invcluded) that means that they owe you some money now dont they?
I see lots saying its under new management and it will be safe and all this and when someone is saying that he/she only wants the money back and will leave the site you start ranting. Why? Because you know whats best for everyone? Cant every one has a personal opinion about this and act likely?
I will play again in FT again cause i liked the software but enough with the "advices" of that kind.
Everyone's tolerance is different to what has happened so far. And even the most extreme reaction i believe is justified.
And still there is no date for reopening or what will happen when they do reopen. And most of you, you have figured out everything
And i left this for last Do you seriously believe that they did that because they are so kind and wanted to give the money back to the players owed by someone else? Do you think that anyone would do that for such an amount of money if he/she/they didnt see a profit out of this? What drugs are you taking cause they are doing an amazing job.

Wow! Really? You do not get my comments at all do you? (read the last example at the end of my text if you don't want to read the rest, it makes the point differently) But I already wrote this first part so I'm leaving it.
Mober.... it's not the same company, that is the point. Software has gone from one company to another. And I explained it so everyone could understand.....
Read well please: I have NO problem with people cashing out and not wanting to play there. None at all, I wrote that in on of my "rants".
What I DO have a problem with, is people saying this NEW company are crooks and not understanding exactly what apparently you are still not getting. The crooks are no longer there.
How is that even possible? After everything I explained?
Outside of that, if you had read my post in retribution's thread, you would have read thatI said they are businessmen, and of course they are out to make cash. They bought the company with the understanding that they would repay the European players, so hopefully they will do that. OUR money is still in the bank accounts of those FT scumbags, GBT is investing their own money in order to repay the stolen money, and eventually make a huge profit over time. they could have just bought the software and re-opened with another name, calling it Empty Tilt, and they wouldn't owe us a dime! (but it would be bad business sense)
Your post was clear: "they don't deserve it". CLEARLY talking about the crooks you are still confusing with the "software" of the previous full tilt.
I haven't figured out jacks**t. I am, fortunately, intelligent enough to understand there is a difference between software and people. You are really astonishing me with a complete lack of understanding on that point.
I'll sum up what i do: People don't want to play on FT, fine, I never coment on that and never will.
People say the new company are crooks because they fails to understand the "goods" aren't the company, I comment because it is a very dumb statement. As is my right.
One more: This new company (New full Tilt) does not owe me anything. Bernard Tapie never took a dime from me. The old company (Full Tilt) owes me money. Lederer, Ferguson, Bitar, and the rest.
Your Santa Claus and drug comments were brilliant. Bravo! BUT, I will not "rant" about this again, it's obviously a complete waste of time.

An example:
My friend had model trains. He gave them to a shop called "Choochoo" to sell for him, as did many other. (with contract) The guy used most of the income for himself, leaving him with landlord debts, taxes, etc. He went bankrupt and everyone lost their money and hated his guts. (of course)
A new guy bought took over the shop a year later, kept the same name and logo, and offered the same services.
Are you going to go to this shop and call him a crook?...and ask for your trains or the money back? Of course not! You would be insane.
THAT is my point! And THAT is why I have a problem with these mindless comments.
And if you really don't understand this last point, we're done talking.

tbh jack its not a great example to to be the company that fucked everyone and now its all brand new because its new owners. I get your point im not daft either but in my eyes and many others the name deserves to go like s**t and make nothing after such a scandal if its under new management or not just for a lesson that if they company fucks everyone they cant just sell it on and everything is great because the software is great. You seem to be completely missing that point, i could maybe see your point more if it was a scandal on on a smaller scale like say the UB/AP one. Thing is it was very very far from it when it comes to poker scandals. Also as donz says your money would be just as save on plenty other sites. The company in my eyes should be made to pay all back and left in the past as the massive company that had it all but fucked it up due to shocking management as a lesson to others.

I have not read this whole thread as it is to much and too all over the place for me BUT IslandJack and Mober I will give my thoughts on your arguments.
Yes IJ I get what you are saying BUT I think you know from some of my posts what BS I have been through,( that has almost cost me everything that my hubby and I have every built up), and can understand where Mober and all who have lost anything form $1 to whatever are coming from.
How does anyone really know that it is NEW people taking over and not same under the "umbrella" of others?
or even if it is new, why should someone stand to make "$$$$$$" at the cost of other innocents?
Have you ever watched the movie Titanic?
I have not or wont watch anything like it as I have a big issue with people making a profit off the cost of others. Would I ever play at FT again?

Now. Secondly You better lower yourself a few meters down cause you are almost airborne. "And I explained it so everyone could understand" So you are the only one who understood what is going on and all others are idiots. Well....., you are free to believe anything.... dont they say its a free world?
And here is what you fail to understand. Since we are talking about business (ive said already something above but it seems it didnt get through ) they bought the business as is. It doesnt matter if they rename it or not. They bought the business with debts including. That means from the time they will reopen the will OWE money to their clientele (which LIST came with the buy)
They are not owing you anything? Are you Serious? Have you signed with the New Company? Have you Agreed with their Terms and gave them willingly your personal Data? Have you gave them the permission to handle your funds? And so long? Of course not. We are talking about a transfer, from one to another. Simple as that.
Or do you think that they bought the company with no "assets" at all. Its called : Acquisition Agreement. (software? really? lol they are buying the software? Who on earth would pay 80 mil to DOJ according to news, just to acquire a poker software).
Since the company didnt file for bankruptcy or shut down, then no matter who owns the company, from the moment it goes back to business, owe's you money.
And once more. The new company will owe the same money that the old company did.
Now to the choochoo "point" Please tell me when FT declared bankruptcy? Cause unless it has,your example is Pointless! and confirms that things are more my way of saying doesnt it?
Now the comments about "drugs" and "Santa Claus" are based on your words. To help you a little with that and with your short memory. They saw an opportunity to score some big cash and i will have to thank them for that? I dont get it. They dont care about your money. They dont care about my money. They only care about multiplying their stack. Its not a philantropy we are talking about. They stole your money? Dont worry, I will give them back and i dont want anything else from you. There you say Thank you! You are confused a bit.
And at the end as ive already said after what happened everyone deserves the right to react and think the way it feels like. Many people think different for their own reasons and many dont like to give a second chance, no matter how things change. I cant blame them.
If they wanted a clear "field" they should try opening a new company from the scratch that had nothing to do with FT. But now they will have to lower their head and accept such reactions.
And of course the "Santa Claus" Here as i said above we are talking about short memory. So you better check back your old posts cause you are the one mentioning him! and im not gonna help you remember.
And i wanna believe this is my closing in this story cause it doesnt really worth expanding more, I have seen many members here talking about the new FT, like they know what is really happening or they are part of it and how different and solid will be. For those im quoting an old Greek saying.

Full tilt reopen in May: this is a good notice. i like full tilt and his software. i think that the funds will came back.
