Yeah, since this is the best option, been talking with the support of kickoff poker and you get only 1 free withdrawal per 30 days, and an exchange rate of .75% as they have euro currency. so if you have a euro currency for monebookers then kickoff is an option for you.

yea i dont have no euro currency and i tried to cash out through money bookers so hopefully things get straighted out soon cuz i really need that money so i can deposit it into cd poker so i can withdrawn that AND my winnings on their

The transfer balance usually resets after 90 days, can't you just try to phone moneybookers to get this over with? I believe that you have sent them the documents needed right? if they have received it then this should not take any longer that 3-5 business days.
