First you got to check if your country is eligible for the instant cash bonus promotion, if not you will not receive the cash bonus. Always check your country's eligibility first and then open an account at a new pokerroom.

Is it for the promotion they had (they may still have it) about the fast poker you are talking about that were giving away 10 euro? Cause it was limited (if remember right it was 4000) and they may reached the number. Try contacting them
