if i cashout my points can they be from forum posts with other things like mob draws and calander winnings . ok ive won the mob draw correct and if i posted as many as 5000 posts in the next year or two will those points be able to be used to cash i think it wwould cause ive already had points from offers and referreals.

Ya, you can cashout $50 with 5000 mob points. There's a paytable under mob account which tells what you get mob points for. I cashout to MoneyBookers, no fee for it.
