if its on verification then its down to the poker site which you registered with.
im not sure brm admin can do anything.

its not carbon poker by any chance is it?
i waited quite long time for me to get the no deposit bonus from there.

Indeed, some poker sites can take a long time before they give a green sign on verification and deposit the free money

I waited two full weeks back in the day when i also took the party poker no deposit bonus...

And yes, the verification part took the most of the time, and yes now pp does those verifications, not bankrollmob. Have patience...

I have the processing status since 11/5/2012 and still processing status today is 16 and still processing, and btw the rest of bonus is expireing i have 85 days left :|
