is this a new record in BRM history,1 month 8 days ago i requested a cash out of 5000 mob points,several emails and a lot of patience and the only thing Ive got is the conformation email that says if you reply to this you will be put to the bottom of the queue,OK its a free bankroll but its dragging on a bit....
