What is that for a signal to offer BRM members? You basicly letting people earn money by spam... All you see is week old thread's. Everytime you make a new thread it get knocked out of sight cuz some fcking idiot keep spamming the old one's. Nor is it very attractive for old or new members comming to this forum seing that people getting away with the abuse (And yes, its obviosly abuse). This piss me off so much i will no longer put refereal links to anybody at all. And i would never ever link my name to a spam forum which this has turned to
Here is one example.. darkest, look at his threads, people like this guy think post are for points, and ONLY points. Theese are his own words..

Im glad someone brought this up! I feel the same way, ofcourse it's annoying to see some guy in all threads no matter what they are about or how old they are but the most annoying thing about it is the "latest thread" in forum is all very old threads because darkest is posting in them so they push out the new threads.

I don't think he'll be able to cashout with this as his points will be evaluated on where he got them, as I read, if the points came purely from posts then the cashout will have to wait. I think the same thing caused the delay for dannyjon. nevertheless i have reported this with the report button.

Yes, very very very very annoying. One of the reasons that I'm not that active anymore, its the same posts.... anyway, i think admins should have some sort of tool to disable chat for a member for a number of days, or the best is to remove the points.

Did you even READ that thread? The whole forum was about that. People were discussing the topic of people using the "points for posting" idea solely to gain points.
I was responding jokingly to ONE USER who was against this by making a sarcastic statement like that. It was very obviously sarcastic.
The fact that you thought I was being genuine only goes to show that YOU didn't read the thread yourself. You say I spam the forums?
EVERY post I've made has been an actual response to the thread. And every forum I've posted on was ALREADY bumped near the front. Did you check the dates of the posts directly before mine? Most of them were within days of my post.
Not once have I been in the "Forum Archives" where these "week-old posts" you speak of are located. I only posted on posts that were on the RECENT THREADS list.
And for that matter, do my posts SOUND like spam?
No. They are all addressing either the original poster's topic or a comment made by a following poster.
And for that matter, the administrators can take my points if they want. I don't have NetTeller or MoneyBookers or a poker site that would even allow me to deposit the bonus money, even if I did have enough points to do so.

Okay, I retract that statement. I take it back. I ASSUMED the threads I was reading and posting on were recent because they were in plain sight in the forums section. I just clicked on a category (ex: Mob Points, Hand Histories, etc.) and read some posts about it. I am a very opinionated person, and wanted to express said opinions after reading each thread. Is that so bad?
Is it that big a deal that I didn't check the dates on a few of the posts that I found to be interesting? I assumed that if they were just in the forum section, and not in the archives, they'd be recent.
I apologize for assuming. But I don't apologize for posting my opinions.
Just because I post more than you doesn't mean I'm on a death-hunt for points. I enjoy forums, plain and simple. I enjoy reading other people's opinions and then sharing my own.
You don't have to go out and crucify me.

This post wasnt mainly about you, it was about people abusing the system for points. I am sorry if that was sarcasm. But you should know if you like forums, that people cant read sarcasm or ironie. Also i cant complain about something i havent seen. I have seen people be active, but i have never seen one person post more than 100 post in 2 days. Most old thread's. And it seem's a little odd that you answer every single one, even tho its weeks/month ago.

Hahaha the danish KKK is here....I would love to crucify you but you are doing it your self. Check last updated threads you have answered to all post on the first 4-5 pages maybe more. Thats not showing interest thats spamming no matter how much effort you say you put into sharing your thoughts. You can't have an answer to everything and especially not 2 month's old threads that allready has been cleared.

NOTE: You know, if this "points for posts" system didn't exist, if we got ZERO points for posting in forums, you'd all be singing a different tune. You'd be like every other message board/forum, on any other site, where avid posters are APPRECIATED for keeping threads rolling and alive.
This is the only site where frequent posters are damn near lynched.
Hell, in most forums and boards on the internet, half the posts simply say "Bump", bumping older threads back to the front. Yet nobody bitches about them.

Ofc its nice with active posters, but you could do it with maner's. There is no reason to go back to 2 month's old cleared threads. As M3turbo said, keep it real. Its pretty annyoing that you have to go back 5 pages just to see the newest thread from this week.

Nicely done M3, common darkest, you think the threadstarter of an old thread would even check to see that? specially when the topic has been cleared. I also noticed many of your posts "quoted" if you were just replying then no need to quote as it will just make you look hunting for points.

Im2good4u: Actually, only a few of my posts included quotes. And the only time I quoted someone was when I was not responding to the threadstarter, but to another post IN that thread. Therefore I quoted before posting my reply, so it would be obvious to whom and what I was referring in my statement.
Also, when I post, I'm not necessarily doing it so the threadstarter can read what I wrote (it's nice if they do, but that's not why I post).
I (and I'm sure many of you are the same way) enjoy reading not only the threadstarter's post, but everyone else's post IN that thread. I like to get everyone's opinion. So, If I post in a thread, it's not necessarily to give a direct message to the threadstarter, but, in the bigger picture, so others who read the thread can read my opinion about the topic or idea as well.

darkest, I'm sorry - but there's no way can read through a thread and post your comment THIS fast: All your posts here at made like 1 minute after eachother, and all of them in "hand histories" forum.
And on the next page - same thing, only minutes between all your posts, this time in "poker forum":
In order to keep the forum clean, I will have to go through your posts and I will delete any I don't see fit, if the thread is "too old" or if the subject was already dealt with.
