Okay, so I've had somewhat of an epiphany, and really gotten bitten by the poker bug again, so I've decided to step up my poker game and set a few goals for myself.
I'm going to play 40,000 hands of zoom 9-max NL. I really hope I can work my way out of $2NL and hit $5NL with a proper roll.
I want to also play at least 2-3 MTT a week.
I'd set a higher bar, but I want to keep my goals realistic.
I also want to finish the video I've been putting off for the last 3 months as well lol.

You want to keep your goals realistic and you go for the zoom??? I hope you have already tried it for several times and already can look at a graph of a minimum of 1,000 hands to see if it’s profitable. I still haven’t any experience at zoom, but many are saying it’s just a way to blow the bankroll faster, since you play more hands because each time you fold you replaced. It’s like playing several ring tables at the same time, and if one can be good at other types of the game, why not on this too? GL.

We'll I've played around 26k hands of zoom since it came out, and I'm sitting at around 1-2BB/100 / table. Works out to be around 10BB/hour.
I'm also running about 100% below EV, meaning from my estimations, my win rates should be almost doubled.
I think zoom is very much beatable, just as beatable as normal 9max imo. And since you can put it in a lot more volume per table, it's esaier to put in more volume.

Goals are good to set, keeping them realistic and accomplishing them is even better, but when someone can't predict their future (like me) due to excessive work requirements it's tuff to set goals that are realistic.
I hope that zoom pays off, but I'm not sure how it works since I'm in the great U.S. where I can't play poker freely without the DOJ butting in. If you don't mind I'd like to hear some details about Zoom so if you don't mind post a thread about it and how it compares to the old RUSH on FT. Just curious as to what it's like! Good Luck to you on the goals and to All!

It plays out pretty much the same way RUSH did. There's a few things that make it better though, such as being able to fold, but stay and watch the hand play out if you want. As well, it just seems overall smoother/faster than rush was.
The other great thing is, it's got $2NL, whereas the lowest in rush was $5NL.
Donks are still there en masse Can't count how many times someone has shoved ATC from virtually any position pre. It's a bit tighter than normal 9max cash games, but it's not hard to profit if you play tight ABC poker.

How is your ITM with your strategy ? Is that card always come everytime you play ? I even no see an Ace in two hours many time . Do you think unbelievable ? That's the truth, maybe ' my time' never come or I didn't have it
