it is a insta fold because T would give him a straight and you cant beat that so the fold was very good. i have called some guys allin in same situation and won that hand...
easy fold, you were behind any j which is within many people calling range, the 6 also beats you but is less likely.
it depends on if you think he will bluff for one, and if he is likely to call for a gutshot on the turn for a 2/3 pot bet. ( i like the bet on the turn by the way, perfect size in my opinion)
if hes likely to call with a gut shot then you can fold, if he had of had a nine a flopped an open ender he may have tried to see cards as cheaply as possible and try to bluff the river is the only other likely hand i put him on. but you never know
ofc its right fold in the case if U dont know him. but i think that he is bluff, coz: 1) if he got nuts on river he can make bet like 1/2 pot just for profit from U. 2) U check on river= you afraid straight, flush. So if U have tight reputation he can easily make allin action. Your playing in this hand care, but easy for read. U should make blockbet on river: this is the best action in this situation IMHO.

Hey all thanks for your opinions. A thing I forgot to mention was that I had busted that guy twice just before so I could imagine he hated me, wether this makes him more likely to bluf me or not I dont know. I think more likely when looking back.
Afterwards I felt like I got bluffed, hehe but I allways do when I fold a strong hand
@Zloilce perhaps you are right block bet would have been the best move here, but I did not have tight image at table actually I had the opposite image. Still then what would I do to a shove, he was shortstacked so if I made blockbet I would commit my self to pot and it was a very scary board. I thinnk SCDossett is right in he could easily have a J and ofcourse that last 9 had to be a diamond this put together was the reason for my fold. But he could have a busted heart draw?

i didnt factor that in, that is a second hand he could have bluffed on, or he could of just checked the flop and turned the diamond flush draw. If i had of runner runner flushed on that board i would have pushed it all in on the river, just because not much short of the j can call any bet on the river, so i would feel i was getting folds by mos tthings to a half pot bet, and i recon the j would have to call even an all in there, so i dont think the fact that he just pushed allin makes it a bluff on that river

You are right SCDossett when you hit those unlikely hands you can go all in and it looks like a bluf, I do that when im lucky to get runner runner and you often get paid off Thanks for serious response

Ya, good fold. What an ugly river card..What can you do. I would have check, fold too. Lots of money in the pot so its hard to do a block bet, I guess you could bet 10 but I dunno.

Yeah but he had 20 left on river so that would kinda commit me to pot, so I guess it was ok but still I felt like I got bluffed Grrr I guess we'll never now......the beauti of poker

its a good fold i would played the turn a lil different but not sayin it would be better its all about you read and when you say he's a callinstaion he could easly have the 6 in hand and J so its a good fold the river just screwed you i guess wich happens a lot

i actually agree with this... specially the 1st point.. the all in is kind of like ok if you had the nuts i dont think he would go all in.. me personally i would of min raised (mayb abit higher) and hoped you would come back at me with another re-raise then pushed all in... but who nos with ppl online

If he had nuts he could easily go all-in cause it would look like a bluff, since the nuts would need runner runner from flop so it's hard to put him on the nuts. I didn't bet river so he couldn't raise only bet. I will never know what he had but looking back I also think I should make block bet only problem is he only has 20 left on river so if I block bet im commiting my self to pot
very often you will lose here and it's ok of course he had a nuts? may be on the flop but tryed to slow it or may be on the reaver anyway it's easy fold for me
