Yesterday, Joe Cassidy, Phil Ivey and Scotty "the Prince" Nguyen played three-handed in Event #24: Omaha Hi-Low Split 8-or-better. Ivey had the chance to win his 9th bracelet and was in second place for quite some time. However, things didn't turn out the way Ivey had planned and soon he was running low on chips, then eliminated by Cassidy in 3rd place for $136,046.

Although there was a three to one difference in terms of chips, Nguyen still managed to play for over three hours in HU against Cassidy, amazing. And this is the way many think things should be: no agreements, each prize is a prize. Ok, so they were both pros, used to big amounts, but even if they weren’t… if they agree to divide the prize Money, the only difference would be the bracelet, and it doesnt even seem fair to do something like that in this event. WSOP is where all the difference between poker players is made.
