Not sure why that'd be important, unless it means you now qualify for more of the bonuses BRM offers. If that's the case, I wouldn't be surprised if BRM requires you to re-verify your information before they'll do that. I'd recommend filing a ticket, or sending them an e-mail.

There wasnt any chance of moving permanently from one country to another and not having to verify your address once more in a site like BRM.
You better notify the poker sites you are playing if you havent done so, so far, cause you may have problems and start banning your accounts to secure them, and you will need to go through an even harder verification process after that

I think he also want to update his location due to fact that some locations are eligible for more locations that others
As for poker platforms as long as you move to another country where online poker is legal you are good to go. I played about a week from germany on pokerstars and it was okay
