It happens... i lost today all in preflop with AA. 2 called. other had Q 9 and the other didnt show them. anyway the Q9 guy got 9-K straight. this was at pitbullpoker. never going back there anymore. i also saw this winner guy before, pot was around 15$ he had 100% win hand flush with A, he was last person to act and he just checked

I had a similar hand i will never forget where i had a full house on the turn and we got all in, turns out he had an open ended royal /or str8 flush draw, so he could hit the nine of diamonds and the ace of diamonds, and this was live, so one of the guys said he had folded the nine of diamonds just as the river was being dealt the beautiful ace of diamonds, and i was sick... I dont think ill ever forget that beat A one outer on the river for the only royal flush hand ive ever been involved in

LoL! It's just good to hear stories like this once in a while, who would have though that he's gonna get the last 5 for his quads, you've got over cards so even if you guessed he had trips you're still ahead, but the river played its role again.

It was correctly played - The other one just got lucky. There are no cure to that. But in the long run you will be the winner and players like that are going to loose. They do not understand odds, outs etc. they just gamble.
I find it funny anyways.
