Has anyone else received an email from PP starting:
"You haven’t used your account recently, so we wanted to remind you that after six months of inactivity we charge an administration fee each month. " ?
Is this a scam or is this for real. Friends on PP have not received any such message.
If it is real, how do I stop them deducting the admin fee? I don't remember providing credit card information, but a year later I cannot rule out this possible action.

This is for real. So never leave some money in your account, if you stop playing there. Not only can't they charge that fee, if your account is zero, but they will invite you back with a free bonus.

Advice please.
Well, I never got this email, and they charged me with an inactive account fee twice already.
I wish they had sent an email to warn me, but nothing, they just deducted about 6 or 7 dollars from my bankroll. Maybe they shaped up, and warn you now (although the last time they did it, was just a month ago or so, without email warnings).
Both times I immediately got the money back when I complained to support.
If you don't want to get charged, all you need to do is play one raked hand, or enter a tournament with a fee, and that resets the inactivity counter for another 180 days. If you don't, they'll slap you with it every month until your bankroll is gone.
The fact that the inactivity charge itself is real, does not mean this email is real; it still might be a scam. If you're unsure, just don't click any links in the email, but simply play a raked hand, to lift the charge.

From what i understood they'll ONLY take a fee from your bankroll. They wont charge from ur credit card. so if u dont have anything there or u dont care for whatever is left there, u shouldn't worry about it.

Thanks for your helpful advice. My options are to reset my password and play a raked hand, or let them take the 3 cents left in my bankroll as the admin fee. I stopped playing on PP because the site is old, clumsy and the font size too small for my poor eyesight. At least that's my excuse for my my low bankroll
