Posted by Mober: ipoker has the biggest probably history so far with bots. At some point there were sites stating at their terms and conditions that they are using their own bots, which later said they removed after the fuss created and the involvement of ipoker itself

You are right. Yesterday I opened a table just to look for the name of the players and there they were, Spiderman and Wolverine �fighting� against other unknown nicknames. Some say they are bots. I tried to look out on the net for known nicknames of poker bots but I haven�t found anything about it. At this time, someone should already have made a list with this to alert other players. But, still, I don�t known if this is the case at Yachting. Having such lack of players, why would that room already be so full of �radical activists�?
As those Superheroes play on higher limits, why don't they appear in the CashRace standings ? You would assume that they gather a lot of points on those limits, but none of them made even 55 points !! Or didn't they play this week ?

They did play and i bet they made a LOT more points then that.. I play very little on yachting and i even make 100dreds of points a week

Yesterday i played less than an hour on .02 NL on 2 tables and i made 40 points. If they played on .25 NL (even 1 table) they should have made at least 100 points.

We've been in contact with the network operators regarding these players and they inform us the following:
"These players are from an affiliate that encourage their players to use superhero nicknames. All players have been checked for foul play and we have come to the conclusion that they are genuine players and are not in any way co-operating or are related in any other way than their affiliate."
I would like to add that these players are not from Yachting Poker, and that is why you are not seeing them in the promotions. I think that the skin that they are on chose not to participate in the network promotion for this month, and thus they will not show in any promotions.

Has anyone checked this spiderman caracter on a tracking site???
were you able to find him ,,and does he play only on yachting ???
Who did play against him and did he react on the chat????
some questions that popped up ..thinking about this issue....
akwartier...he is king of the hill at yachting ...and if im not wrong he is a bankrollmobmember also..
but never see him on forum ,whatsoever,,,have played him many times...
not so strong tournamentplayer if u ask me...but in cashgames he does well...playing max amount of tables if possible...
also noticed he is one that deposits regularly...so i think at least he is not a bot...but never spoke a word with him on chat...
and i do chat always....as most who played me ,,know.
------------ well ,i guess we are all being paranoid here,,,ive lost my bankroll twice at yachtingpoker after building it from zero to 85euro and another 47euro ,also lost it on cashtables...
but i did not lose a penny on these superhero's...so why did they not join the tables where i play at??

lost it to some regulars there...yes..i go all the way...2 bad beats and 50 euro is gone...especialy if u hit a straight on the flop and get flushed away by a flushhhhhhhhh.....

Another superhero : BraveHeart Last night BraveHeart played on 0.25$ limit 6-max. Wolverine was also on the table.
They played for quit a while so should have made some points. The July Cashrace is not a special promotion i believe. You get points for playing hands + points for the rake you payed. Both players are not in the cashrace standings.

It's a small site and I know they let people from the same IP play together in freerolls, but not a tables (which is fine). I pointed out an obvious duplicate account there once and that's what they said, and I haven't seen that player around, so they seem to be doing a good enough job policing. Watch to see if they form some sort of justice league and always team up to fight "evil". If so steer clear from them.
I've been playing there for a little bit here and there, just checkin' it out a bit and I haven't noticed any foul play. It's a fun little site.
Its a collection of superheroes and this superheroes are really good....just watch out when they play on the tables....they dont win everyhand but i think they always win in the long run?anyway i play there and there are regulars that are not superheroes that you can play with....

It seems the superhero's are moving along because i havent seen Spiderman for a few days and also dont see as many anymore...maybe they are on vacation.

YPRep's answer is dodgy to the max. Correct me if I'm wrong, but, as far as I know yachting is it's own INDEPENDENT software on its own INDEPENDENT network. A network in which it is the ONLY site (or skin). So how can they play on a different skin if there is no other skin which currently exists.

Oh yeah, that doesn't sound even the slightest bit suspicious. Sure, players are just going to use super hero names, because some random site they use to sign up asks them to? Sure, that sounds reasonable to me. Not.
I'm sure you've "looked into their play" the same way you "looked" into the collusion report I sent in. I outlined every single detail, and there's NO WAY there wasn't chip dumping involved, yet your "team" found nothing.
Admin, I'd look into cutting any and all ties with Yachting. They're a dying site anyways, and there's more and more evidence coming to light, to call into question the credibility of them.
*Edit* Also, if you say that Yachting Poker isn't taking part in the Cash race promotion, then why the hell is it advertised in your client, and on your website?
Regarding the chipdumping case, I saw your other thread as well. Can you please PM me your account and I will try to find your correspondence and also investigate from my end?
Also - Yachting Poker is participating in the Cash Race, which is why you will get points for the race. But the reason you might find players that do not receive points is due to the fact that they might not be playing on a skin that is a part of the cash race that is on the network. This is quite easy to see as the Cash race promotion would not be displayed on that skins promotion page unless they opted into it.
