You passively limp with the best hand in poker, and then fire a bet in a 4 handed pot on a wet board. This is why so many players get burnt with aces. NEVER, EVER, EVER just limp aces. Just raise. Raise 3x, or 5x, or whatever you want, but FFS raise instead of limping. You'll lose SO much equity by limping aces as opposed to raising, and end up putting yourself in spots like this.
Sorry, you did absolutely NOTHING right in this hand at all.

I read your HH and conclusion: You have no clue what your doing. Micros isnt about making moves, its about pure tag play, aggresion with monsters, its very simple, imo you think to much, play like a bot, bad hand fold, monster try to get it allin, simple.

was not happy either, but was second hand in a fifty sng tournament...so i limped to look stupid... hoping someone in late position would reraise me big or even all-inn...
that did not happen and then the turn was a scared card..i was afraid to face opponent with an 8 in his hand ,,and slowed down even more..the other player also holding A-A did the same...
since i was in middle position ,i thought they would fold any big preflop raise..so by limping i asked for action..although it was small action..
well..i did not lose any chips in that hand,,,and an all-inn from me at the river would be even worse play...with a straightdraw on the board..so i just copied the hand..placed it here and erased it from my memory,,and played on...a hand to forget...
this is an exeption and i do not play Aces like this usualy. maybe doomdy is right and i think too much sometimes. ach,at least i had a plan...it did not work out in the best way...1maniac at my left was enough..to get most value out of this hand...unfortunately no LAG or maniac in late position...

doomdy has hit the nail on the head. most of the people at that level dont know what they're doing, nevermind what you are doing.
so you just need to do your own betting when you have the best hand. people will limp with anything at that level so your strong hands are very vulnerable if you just limp.
play strong hands fast and weaker ones slower until you've hit in a big way. remember two pair is the average winning hand in NLHE.
Only situation you can limp aces is HU vs a very agressive opponent IMO. And still if he does check and hits 2 pairs you're never gonna be able to dodge that. But if he hits top pair, most likely his stack is yours.
I agree with other mobsters though, aces should be played by the book, wich means raise or reraise pre flop so that you can play heads up. You do NOT want to play 3way/4way pots with aces because that means you're probably gonna have to hit top set or a flush to win. And 3 way, on a board like this, you have to be cautious because micro players love to chase stupid straight draws.

When having AA in the hand, we tend to think you should maximize our profits, going slow and waiting for others to come after us. But, after loosing so many times with AA for doing this, i prefer to be a little more aggressive. So i start betting a bit more than you did. If it comes na A at the flop, than i will not bet and take a while thinking before calling other’s bet, to show i am scared. If i beta t the begining i am saying i might have a good hand and, not beting after seeing na ace, my opponent will think i don’t have any. In this case, there were no acs at the table, but if you have bet more, you could have took more chips from Martunis1, is was top pair, maybe he would remembre someone could have na overpair. Oh, and remembre, by not beting you are taking the risk of leting some opponent gets a card that may ruin your winning hand. Imagine someone had an 8, it would have made a straight beting so few and you would have lost with your aces.

With no doubt pockets aces at least at those limits are all in preflop without any question. They should have an auto preflop all in for that limit And i see you came up against the other 2 aces. Good thing you didnt lose the hand, cause that way hurts too much lol.

Since you didn't bet how could you get more information your opponent hand ?, tactical bet is look for more information, not just try win big pot. Limp in pre flop still ok if you want reraise, but after flop you should bet.

Just like you stated I just watched a player get burnt playing his / her A's like this. By the end of the river player got beat out by a 10, 2. Sad to see such crap, but anything can happen when you slow play the A's.
Not that I haven't done so myself and have loked brilliant at times, but have gotten burnt to. I've learned to play based on the opponent (s) and what's on board or sometimnes there's this weird gut feeling you get. I know we all get this at times!
too much thinking...too much value....slow play....how to get more chips from your opponent.....it what making poker complicated....hahaha....last night i watch someone playing micro stakes cash game....hes strategy was to call everyhand and raise only with aces and kings....any raise by any opponent he will call with any 2 and he always hits 2 pair or set against big pairs...hahaha. he was really winnning good.
