Early season betting is usually a bad idea - always some strange results.
Sadly I think Arsenal will suck big time this season...no Van Persie and some unproven strikers in the form of Giroud and the German. Not looking good.
I don't know what's going to happen but I hope Manchester City doesn't win again. It's a shame that a team made by money could win the Premier League. Same as Chelsea

what,do man utd, real madrid, barcelona, bayern munich et al get their players for free??
------------ not meaning to start an argument there,i just think that it's a misconception that it's only man city and chelsea that spend a bit of money.

this is exactly why early season betting is a good idea- strange results? do you mean uncommon, favs drawing, losing etc. so why don't lay them- every time a new season starts we see some favs starting slower than expected, so when laying them we can secure some green in our pockets...

I hope that this season Liverpool will have a good season and that they could finish at least in the top 3. They have the most beautifull fans and the best atmosphere on the field. Youl'l never walk alone

No chance. Beautiful fans, lol, scumbags you mean. I don't think it's a coincidence the two biggest footballing atrocities have involved Liverpool. Yes I am an Everton fan and yes I am bitter.

HAHA....
Liverpool will be happy with a Europa place.
they have been dreadful for years now. New manager, average team - going nowhere quickly.
It's gonna be a fight between the usual three suspects, City, Chelski and Manure.
And if Tevez stays happy along with Balotelli, they can recreate their early season carnage from last season and will be favourites. Chelsea aren't too far behind however, they've made and plan to make some big signings, things look rosy for them.
Man yoo might not be there for once although Kagawa is a nice addition. They don't have any money.

Posted by windy88: im hoping my team wigan can do something special ,,,,just finishing above liverpool will make my day
yeah this is gonna happen for sure
i think if you are a true wigan fan, just staying in top flight would be special once again, although when i look at wigan's squad- they do have a decent line up, however this pre-season they have lost diame and rodallega, that's gonna be hard to swallow, both free transfers i believe

If I'm going to be honest I think Chelsea will win it this time, the signings they made are sick. Liverpool can expect a battle to stay in the top half. So might Everton but it's always like that until christmas then we play well, so probably top half for everton. Wigan will be lucky to not get relegated.

Dunno whether they've signed anyone but they've got gaps that need filling. I dunno who the new manager is aswell can't remember. I do think James McCarthy is amazing though, I'm surprised there isn't more interest in him, but hes still young and needs to be harnessed in the right way.

it's really hard to predict first rounds, since teams get into their best form not exactly from the first go- some actually do that, but some even huge favs tend to slip up in early stages, so with this in mind you should look to lay the the short odds favs even though this looks like a "guaranteed" game- i.e. arsenal-sunderland: arsenal is on 1.33 to win? looking at their pre season it doesn't quite look that they have hit their best form? west brom- liverpool: liverpool priced at 2.00 looks like a huge bargain, they probably will be looking to start well with the new coach...man city- southampton: city priced at 1.16, man that's just too low- yeah it looks like they will win, but odds are too low...

Only days now till the season starts and I cant wait. Rip the title away from the title buyers last season...and but hope anyone...other than city (note the lower case 'c'!) win the title! Maybe its time for Tottenham to win it!!
I also think that Chelsea will be the team to beat, both manchester teams will battle for 2nd place and indeed Arsenal will this season struggle to qualify for CL... Southampton for sure will relegate... that is my opinion.

i'm not sure about chelsea at all- they have bought hazard (senior and junior ), marin and oscar...spend lots of cash, but they all are midfielders, all attacking ones...while imho their weakest place is left back and right back- they have only one decent player there- cole, what else? ferreira (too weak), ivanovic (good player, but he is a central defender by nature)...really missing at least two good players on the sides...
