So I've noticed a few fellow mobsters submitted videos for the "Help Rafa" contest poker stars is running. As you all probably know, anyone who entered gets a free $22 ticket to the Main Event.
Anyways, point of the thread is, I think anyone here who's entered should post their username, that way we can do a "last longer" and see who gets the furthest.
I'm anticipating it's going to be a tough tournament, given the Buy-in size, prize pool and number of entrants. This is the biggest BI tourney I've ever played in, so I'm pretty excited for a chance to play with the big boys for a shot at the 150k+ guaranteed for first. Heck, even a min cash in a tourney this big would be pretty sweet

thats a good idea. i wish i took the chance to submit a video now nevermind. good luck to all mobsters who are in the tourny.
bit of advice retribution. just treat it as a normal buy in tourny. its going to be filled with people who submitted these video's. so the field shouldnt be that tough. also you still get some fish playing at that level aswell.
when i played that $33 mtt i realised halfway through i was getting walked over because i thought the other players always had it. truth is, i think some players realised that i was giving people too much respect and exploited that for a while untill i realised and started playing back at them. erm, so yeah, play how you would normally play a large field mtt and pay attention to what people are doing.
i wish you and other mobsters the best of luck and lets hope for a brm final table

If I final table, I will personally host a huge prize pool freeroll for everyone here in the forums In fact, if I make ANY substantial amount, I will host a freeroll

You had a $98K cash at fulltilt you told us, that was a pretty buyin i guess...... /cry
That was a $15 MTT and I won the ticket in a sattelite, so technically it doesn't count
There must be some old dated database in which your name is imho. Maybe you have it (or dont). Lets get this over with imho, your claim is true or false. If true all time BRM fame, false=shame on you bro Just my thoughts

hey doomdy,do you actually think people come on here and lie about their cash out?? if there are then what sad people they are, having to lie about something like that, why? what is the point to it as i wouldn't think of doing it myself i can't see why other people would.

Like Doomdy says, we've seen a lot of Bull over the years (why?...no clue at all).... but I don't want to get pulled back into that kind of discussion.
Sooooo..
I might have time tomorrow, so I just played a 0.40c and 10 point qualifier. All-in gambling fests to be sure, but I got my entry somehow and am registered. (for $1.20)
I hope I have the time tomorrow night and if I do, I'm in ! To the "who lasts longer" thingy.
Guessing there will be well over 40.000 runners in that one, if not more...

I thought I had cleared this up in the previous thread. But oh well, here's a screeny of my balance a day or 2 after, after I took a few "shots" at bigger stakes haha. At least I had the self control to stop after I tilted off a bit. Promptly withdrew the majority, left a few K on to keep playing with.
Then blackfriday happened
*Edit*
So you can actually see the prize pool now, wierd thing is, 8700 players registered atm (Will obviously explode right when it starts) and top 6250 get paid at least $40. I've never seen such a deep prize pool like this, where such a big portion of the registered players will at least cash. Really looking forward to this tourney
Retribution: How do u go from winning 98K to playing 1c/2c zoom poker? I want to believe you, but it's pretty weird, I mean you could play 5c/10c atleast

Thats for sure the longest registration i have ever seen. Have never played a tourney with registration longer than an hour. They are hoping for some extra cash there.
We get a pretty nice deep stack to start with, but I suspect structure is going to get violent in an hour or two ^^
Played ultra agro at first, was getting lots of hands but never connected with the board. Managed to win my chips back with AJJ77 against KJJ77 so I'm still even for now!
