Have you heard the news that zynga poker are going into the real money market? how exciting
just imagine all the new fishies swimming in the murky waters of the shark tank
i started my poker journey playing on facebook and still dip into the game now and again when im bored i know its only play money but if alot of those players go onto the real money side of things they are more than likely going to play pretty similar for along time and that means alot of money for US
do you think brm will be doing a promotion there? i very much hope so.

Interesting ! I had a look around, and it sounds like you say, a real free-for-all if they go ahaead with it. And it looks like they will. Might take a while yet though as they are hoping to make some deal "somewhere" before the end of the year. Could be something for 2013 though. Nice!

lets wait and see- the this itself sound promising, but we have seen a lot of such promising ventures end up in a very disappointing way. as far as the fishes go- i really doubt if there be a lot of really new poker players, those who play at zynga poker and want to try cash games are not waiting for zynga to offer cash games imho, they just deposit to jokerstars, panties poker or anywhere else and have fun.

I wouldn’t put things this way. We all have noticed that new poker rooms attrack some newbie sharks and also fish and donks, which results in a constant battle. We all know sharks don’t win always, that’s why we read so many comments about supposed bad beats around here. In Zinga, some players will go for the real chips with their zinga Money, but that will be a one week move, after that i think you will have many difficults in finding them, because you will be playing in $1.10 SnG’s and they will be in the $0.10 SnGs. Will you give yourself to the trouble of trying to catch Money from those levels? That’s like going to the beach taking a sand stone each day you go there with the objective of filling your garden with those…

Whit my luck it sounds good whit 0.10 SnGs....
I most stop playing 100$ and sometimes 500$ SnGs...
The real question here is will zynga cash play be open to the US market. The 2-plus-2 podcast talked about this, and they also talked about the conversion rate of pokerstars.net to pokerstars.com free to money players and it was incredibly low. and the free players on pokerstars.net knew that playing poker for money is essentially what pokerstars is about. with zynga they have solely promoted free play poker, and they need to turn those free players into cash players. If they can do that then the sharks will follow to the site and you have a business but there is a lot of pressure on converting zynga players into online gamblers.
dont forget that zyngas audience are people that play games like farmville. i find it hard to believe these people will carry a bankroll of any size.

Can't say I've heard of Zynga Poker, but if they're allowing the market to be open to U.S. players I'll probably attempt a small deposit and see how things go. I'm getting tired of Carbon although the site's not all that bad, it just seem's like there's a lot of hungry U.S. players trying to get at one another there. That's not so bad other then I see a lot of bad beats so play relatively tight and enter late usually.

zynga poker is a free chips game on facebook that quite alot of people play (badly) so if those people turned to the real money version there would be alot of easy money to be had

its not even poker, its literally bingo, everyone just goes all-in every hand and if its real money there will be some sort of catch and will still be bingo. i refuse to play on those type of games, might as well go play roulette
