so if you had 50 dollars and it was the only money you would have to play with poker in your life you would put it all in once, instead of let your superior play allow you to hedge your risks

i think you are completly missing the point of proper bankroll management, you say all the sng players are just as bad, bankroll management doesnt say done play higher levels cause the players are better, it has nothing to do with individual players and only has to do with making sure that you can be drawn out on once or twice and continue to play poker.

and your comments about fish ignoring your post is also fundamentally wrong. if you are a fish then you are a losing player in the long run, that doesnt mean you wont ever win hands but over the course of things you will lose, if you are a fish then you dont want to draw the game out over 100s of sessions you want to get lucky once and have it pay off, so fishs should seriously consider just chucking it all in once and throwing bankroll management out the window

i agree dosset but you also have to understand that some people just cant get there head around bankroll management. Some people ( like me lately ) just have some serious bad luck and no matter what i do it seems like i constantly get out drawn on. I would say for the past 4 or 5 months i have run so so bad that i dont think even bankroll management or anything can help me... so although i agree with you that it is an important part of the game, it sometimes makes no difference wheter you follow it or not.

bankroll management is the key of online poker!!! i used to deposit 100$ and go straight to nl100 and loose the money in a single day but nowadays i play nl20 or nl10

oooopssss,,,,,,,,,,,,,Ok!! dont all jump on me at once,,,,,of course bankroll management is crucial,, I was just going on about my session on stgs,,,,,I usually always begin with a few 1 or 2 dollar games before I go on to the 10s and 20s,,,,,I stand by what I said about the difficulty of wining an stg at 1 0r 2$ compared to a 10 or 20,,,,,its just as hard to win at the lower level,,,in fact I find it easier at the higher level,,,probs because the players play more by the book and we have all read that one aint we,,,,,,,so good luck all and if you read my posts you will have to get used to the odd drunken rant because I am fully paid up member of the weekend pissheed club,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,good luck at the tables,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,l

Ok,,,fair enough ,,, but if your good enough to play cash at that level why not stick to that level and not keep Aww crap!

------------
Hmmmm,,, throw it all in ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,hmmmm,,,,,,,,,,,,,,aint that like going all in,,,,,,,,,,,come ta daddy fishy,,,,,,,lol,,lol,,,,,
