Hello ! I requested ComeOn! pokerbonus in december and I recieved the money fast.. but my bankrollmob status still says "verification" .. And since its still verification, I havent recieved the points on my bankrollmob account.. Im getting close to 5000 points so it'd be nice to get those points for approved pokerbonus..
I already asked for help on the forum but nothing has happened so im asking again..

Have you ever tried to contact the support about this matter ? I am afraid people here in the forum can´t help you with this, so write to the support with this description of your problem.
