If you are regular player than you should know to read the conditions to get the bonus before making any deposit.General rule,no one give money free,they want more money from you. Good luck

I did read the conditions as always The offer was simple deposit 10 euro and choose 1 of 3 bonusoffers 50 euro, 50 euro in roulettespins or 50 spins on the videoslot
The 50 spins x 25 lines would be 62,50 euro in spins .. I already won big on that slot before so i chose that one
As i said before i only got 50 x 5 line spins so 50 x 0,25 euro is 12,50 euro
There is nothing about this in the condition or anything
Dont care so much about the 10 euro but more about how stupid this is...
If this is normal then they also could have given me 50 x 1 line spin would be the same f ing scam
If i get a reaction i ll post it in this thread...curieus what they will say

Yep that's stupid. I doubt it's a deliberate scam though probably more an oversight, it just isn't good business sense to piss your customers off like that.
Hopefully they'll see sense and rectify the situation.

They should have somewhere the Terms for the bonus they were giving, for example the playthrough for the 50 Euro. Such offers they have extra Terms which sometimes you need to look for. If you cant find them ask for them from support before you do any move.
Now with the free spins, there are many casino's trying to trick you in any way they can, and this is one of them.
And yes its deliberate 100% Ive seen such tricks many times from casinos.
And if you think this is bad, i wonder what you would have said with free spins of 1 cent in 1 payline. Didnt fall on this, cause i asked about it before. Learned from my first mistake in casino's.

I normaly never have any problems with bonusses on 888 I had a lot and their rules are clear, you can play any game with the bonus. Also live casino and the playthrough is normaly 30x
I know the terms and conditions of the casino ....i read them like any normal human would..

Always read the terms of a bonus offer at a casino very carefully. The details are the things that count. As long as we don't know the playthrough requirements, that come with each of those bonusses, we can't say if this was a good or a bad choice.

To answer your question the 50 euro was an instant bonus with 30x playthrough

The deposit bonus you got has a playthrough? Cause if thats the case you probably wont be able to cash out the money before you do the playthrough, even if you want to cash out the original deposit of yours.
