I see non deposit for Galapoker has been removed by Bankroll list.
think to many Problems with them...?
I got non deposit, played well, and make a deposit, afer that my account was frozen for id check. (i make a deposit,so no need of id check that time).
Today the 5th day, account still closed. they write something of 24h support (dont believe it)
i find on poker client and web side 3 emails adresses for contakt:

[email protected]
[email protected]
the first is there main email account, all question will be delivered to there department, take some days. the 2 others dont work. dont wounder if u get now replay like: we got your email and will contakt you shortly.
here 2 email adresses that work:
[email protected] (use this to send your id before start playing,or deposit/cashout)
[email protected] (customers questions)
if u have time use : [email protected] (u have to mail there, f.e. if u wanna change points for money.)
I got email : your account is unlocked. try to login. message: error. try secound time: account closed for security ...lool iam back to step1
