Today I played the 1$ pokerstars wcoop radio hyper turbo for a change to win a 215$ wcoop seat. also pokerstars pro talon chick had the same ticket as a bounty.

lol in this situation, and all things in account. the fact that u start with 500 chips, the blinds start at 50/100 there isnt a lot of play. with the added equity of a 215$ ticket bounty at my table i would have pushed with only 1 card.
obviously i know that this play wont win my a wcoop, I am studying hard now. just thought i would share my luck boxing skills and hope to at least mincash the 1m guarantee.
funny thing is i had a 5$ bankroll from winning a BRM freeroll which got me this ticket. ty BRM

I must say I need to start playing the lousy hands because I'd be a shamed to say I played some offsuit 10, 4 and then brag about winning the hand. I'm sorry, but your hand is exactly what deserves to lose, not win, but like stated reward the donk.

I realize my play was terrible but with that much overlay in a super hyper turbo with the blinds starting at 50.100 this tournament is a random pushfest. EV wise i cant fold anything here. if i knew i was up against QQ and AK i would still make the play, just for the chance.
I also realize that I will be a massive soft spot in the tournament, but at least I can say i have the shot. It's a miracle situation and I will play my hardest to make the most of it.

You get my thought process in this situation. Thanks, going to need all the luck i can get. Although I've grinded 2nl long enough, time to play against players who think about hold'em.
Well goodluck I remember winning my first big sat on cake poker played a dollar buy in received A 35$ ticket to the next sat won that and got a 109$ ticket into the 50k guaranty on cake poker I ended up losing 2 spots from the cash I flopped the nut flush and a guy pushed all in had to call He flopped a set and the turn paired the board and he beat me.

thats a good point you might of been well behind but you can be sure you odds were better than 215 to 1 so its all +ev. lol

i just wonder how's that talonchik in real life, maybe she will blow you since you got her scalp anyway i think even mega donk play is +EV strategy when playing against someone who has a bounty on it's head worth 215 buyins, any two cards will do. you just got lucky to sit on one table with her- i always miss out on those who are playing targets

I agree that it's a good call, in any other circumstance it's horrid, but obviously when you have under 5bb and you can go from $1 -> $215 in a single hand, it's always a +EV call.

Adrienne (i feel like since i busted her, we're on a first name basis) was on the daily wcoop radio show after the tournament and she talked briefly about the hand, and wished my luck in the wcoop event i play in. she told me not to push all in with 10-4 in it either lol. she said the same to her twitter feed as well.
