The whole Entraction network will close down at the end of the year, as the parent company refocusses on other businesses and markets, and gives up offering online poker in europe.

The best known rooms there should be NOIQ Poker (there is a review of that room on this site) and Bet Victor Poker (former Victor Chandler Poker). They will both move to the Microgaming network.

ah well no problem here- as you mentioned best known poker rooms of entraction gonna move to different operator, so its just the case of one company getting out of business and nothing more. it's a tough business to run profitable online poker rooms these days- only the strongest survive

Well, if they move to an other network, then everything is okay for players I guess. At first I thought that again some poker rooms will shut their doors permamently, which would have been a shame.

I guess some of these rooms will really close, but the most important ones will keep working normally, perhaps only with a few days to redefine some stuff. They will sell that part of their business and they will keep working on other things, so there wil not be any problem with the most important rooms. Perhaps there aren't many players with serious money involved there, or else they wouldn't have a reason for closing. Having till the end of the year, people have a lot of time to decide withdrawing all the money from there and then, if it keeps working, even if it is through a new owner, they can go back there again, no problem.

Its kinda sad
yeah theres not many 4 figure prizes on PKR anymore, the masters is even down to 75k from 100k think they will suvive though because they do provide a unique experience and seem to be pushing alot to attact new players on facebook and stuff, we need smaller independant rooms as an alternative to stars, on what then full tilt is back, complete market control by one group ? i hope not.

they have a few well know sites over there, which obviously will have to move to another network. Ive seen above that Victor Chandler is one of them. They must be changing networks every year

More like segregated, governments are assholes and burst a fun bubble. But they were no good anyway, had no edge or even tried to get one, lame network just milking a cow.
